Image filtering technology is an important part of the digital image preprocessing,the image filtering is good or bad, directly affect the accuracy of segmentation afterfiltering. Image is affected by various factors in the process of imaging, in advance,it is hard to understand the information loss in the process of imaging, there’s a certainsimilarity and uncertainty in the process of image processing. And the fuzzy set andfuzzy information processing technology has great advantages in processing withfuzzy uncertainty of events and the imprecise knowledge description and processing.Based on the above reasons, this paper studies the fuzzy information processingtechnology based on image filtering algorithm, puts forward some new thoughts andideas. Paper main contents are arranged as following:This article begin from low density salt and pepper noise, then through fourdifferent direction of Laplace operator to test noise, and then convert the convolutionof membership degree value by fuzzy rules to the membership of noise, using themembership degree weighted to denoising results. Then when talking about the highdensity salt and pepper noise is first and foremost to the discussion of ROAD statisticsdetection ability of testing noise, investigate the treatment of high density salt andpepper noise. Through the understanding of the nature of the salt and pepper noise,put forward a new noise detection method, and adopt the separation of noise pointsprocessing ideas to denoising noise based on the noise pixel similarity and betterresults were obtained.
