The Mosuowan irrigation area of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps AgriculturalDivision eight, is located in the heart of the Economic Development Zone of Tianshan Mountains, and inthe southern Junggar Basin, east of Manas County Irrigation District, south of the Shihezi City, West of theold Shawan Irrigation, north of Gurbantunggut desert, consist of147groups,148groups,149groups, and150groups of four large farms. Irrigation district water unit is used for irrigation and the pattern is jointexploitation of Surface–Groundwater. After50years of development, with the increasing irrigated area, sothat the amount of water has increased, the amount of groundwater resources exploitation also hasincreased rapidly; at the same time, with the large scale use of drip irrigation and other water-savingmeasures, the sources of groundwater recharge quickly reduce and the groundwater table presents acontinuing downward trend. According to the2008survey shows Mosuowan Irrigation District is thegroundwater overexploitation region, local area is the groundwater overexploitation state. Therefore, howto know the evolution pattern of groundwater system, How to Protect the ecological environment, how touse groundwater resources sustainably, how to maintain economic-ecological sustainable development,the problems are very critical and must be deal with on edgy.The main contents:1、On the base of hydrogeological data, through the establishment of a water flow system analyze thevariation of groundwater in Mosuowan Irrigation District, Pointed out that The main factors of dynamicchanges of the water level is irrigation, evaporation and mining,and the Human exploitation is a mainmining,there is a mixed characteristics of irrigation and labor exploitation. The groundwater level showeda downward trend for many years in the study area, In the late1990s, groundwater level changedsignificantly in each year, but now not significantly. Principal Component Analysis with SPSS software ongroundwater impact factors that irrigation water use and evaporation strength is the main factor to affect thegroundwater in the study area.2、On the basis of the law of conservation of matter and material conversion principle, Analyzed therecharge, runoff and discharge and its conversion of the study area and conducted Water balance calculation.The calculation results obtained the total recharge of groundwater is2632.22×10~4m~3/a, the total dischargeof groundwater is2802.8×10~4m~3/a, the result of water budget is-170.58×10~4m~3/a,is negative equilibrium.3、Based on the medium characteristics and structural features of aquifer system in simulation area,takes simulation object into homogeneous isotropic aquifer; combined the recharge, runoff and discharge ofgroundwater, delimit boundary conditions and establish the groundwater conceptual model andmathematical model; used Visual MODFLOW set up. Numerical model of groundwater flow and Determine the initial conditions, boundary conditions, andhydrogeologic parameters, simulate the groundwater level changes of the present year and under differentmining conditions in the future.
