In this paper, I use the plants of Northeast Lamiaceae as the materials. The use ofepidermal tear the emulated and semi-thin sections,a systematic study of their trichomes(glandular hairs,non-glandular hairs),leaves (leaf pores, leaves, petioles) and stemmorphology, and compared the case of similarities and differences between them.Trichomes:Lamiaceae have two trichomes, glandular hairs and non-glandularhairs.Glandular hairs can be divided into nine types according to the number ofglandular hairs secreting cells and stalk cells(41cell peltate glandular hair,6(1)1cell peltate glandular hair,81cell peltate glandular hair,8(4)1cell peltate glandularhair,16(4)1cell peltate glandular hair,21cell head-shaped glandular hair,41cellhead-shaped glandular hair,4+41cell head-shaped glandular hair,42cellhead-shaped glandular hair),4+41cell head-shaped hair on the head shape exists onlyin the the water spine needle genus, this paper first discovered6(1)1cell peltateglandular hair and42cell head-shaped glandular hair. Non-glandular hairs are dividedinto single-cell, multi-cell single and multi-cellular branches, some species only haveone type of non-glandular hairs, such as Salvia only has a single-cell non-glandularhairs,Lagopsis only has multicellular separate non-glandular hairs, mint and other plantsat the same time have these two kinds of non-glandular hairs, multicellular branchednon-glandular hairs I saw Phlomis plants. Most of the non-glandular hairs are soft, andoccasionally wood, such as the Salvia Lamium the genera,Phlomis and stachyose are inaddition to stachyose is a non-glandular hairs of other species have a warty bumps.Leaves:Leaves are divided into six kinds(oval,linear,heart-shaped, kidney-shaped,lanceolate, triangle), mostly ovate, such as Agastache genus Ajuga is a wind wheel dishof the water spine needle genera andthe motherwort species leaves palmately lobed, theleaves of Lamiaceae palmatipartite, divided leaves Nepeta species leaves pinnatipartite. The majority of pores is non-regulated type, Clinopodium is a genus mint, basil genusand stachyose genus stomatal compared row type. Palisade tissue and spongy tissuewere significantly, only the bulge of Plectranthus in the ventral surface of the plant leafvein, the main vein how much lateral veins, bast fibers distributed in the vascularbundles of Thymus. Ajuga has no petiole, the petiole of others are divided into half-moon, such as Agastache, Amethystea and Dracocephalum and so on, nearly round, such as Elsholtzia, Lycopus and Plectranthus, rectangle, such as Lagopsis. Outside thetough vascular bundles, change the number of vascular bundles, respectively1-6,8-10,12or13, arranged in different ways.Stems: Stems are usually square, the stems of some species with raised edges andcorners, such as Agastache, Glechoma, Meehania and Perilla, and the stems of somespecies at the trench edge, such as Ajuga, Amethystea,Elsholtzia andLeonurus.Visibleedges of the stem developed collenchymas in most vascular bast fibers, such asDracocephalum, Leonurus and Scutellaria, the skullcap is a well-developed xylem, vascular bundle has three arrangements: ring, such as Perilla, corners and edge sporadicdistribution with a small amount of vascular bundles, such as Galeopsis andStachys, only found on the corners, such as Amethystea. The marrow developed, somespecies has a medullary cavity. In this paper, a morphological study of Lamiaceae system, reveals the similaritiesand differences between the subfamilies and generas, not only did it provide amorphological basis for the classification of the Lamiaceae, but also its pharmacy andother aspects of the application is very important.
