This paper study about the problem of vibration. The traditional theory of vibrationsimplified the mathematical model as a single-degrees-of-freedom model which has theview that the foundation is a rigid one, and ignoring the dynamic coupling effect of baseand the influence of vibration between machines. The research is only about singlemachine on the rigid foundation. But in real life the machine ususlly vibration on thefloor at a same time, it’s the problem about multi-degrees-of-freedom, the base is flexiblefoundation. In this case there is vital diffierent between research and actual, and it can’taccurately simulated the vibration between the machines. This paper make study aboutmulti machines, the main work is for modeling, simulation, and control system design.The main contents of this paper can be summarized as follows:1) This paper described the system with graphic, and introduced the method aboutestablished the multi-degrees-of-freedom equation. The paper based on Lagrangeequation, deduced the motion equation based on the mechanical analysis, received thematrix form, in the end received the state and space equation of the system.2) This paper introduced the basic structure of feedback control system, choiced thestate feedback as the control system. We finished the design about LQG control system,introduced the discretization method of continuous equation, received the optimal controlequation of discrete system.3) This paper introduced the concept and theory of power flow throurgh analysedthe admittance of machine system, vibration system flexible foundation and received thepower flow what transferred to the flexible foundation.4) We established the simulation model of the system, and selected the optimalmatrix of the system through comparisoned the simulation results, at the same timeexpatitated the connection between machine and actuator.
