| The subject is part of the China’s lunar exploration project,the paper analyzes the drillimpact in the process of drilling lunar soil, which is based on the lunar soil drill sampling offoreign and combined of civil soil drilling technology.especially for the process of breakingthrough the passive section which is the maximum risk section on destroying and coring thelunar soil, and the paper extracts the laws of the contact which the different drills impact onthe lunar soil sampling based on the analysis the special conditions and the power load.The paper analyzes the physical and mechanical properties of lunar soil,through referringthe information acquired abroad and the results of simulation lunar soil tests which was doneby domestic research institutes,it is derived the characteristics of simulation lunarsoil.comparing the parameter of simulation lunar soil with the lunar soil,preparing thesimulation lunar soil.The paper establishes model-based configurations of drill of lunar soil samplingmechanism and model of lunar soil based on the ABAQUS and FEM theory, and simulatesthe process of sampling the lunar soil with different thickness T-drill and plug.Throughsimulating the process of sampling the lunar soil with different drill,it gets the more detailedinformation and stress-strain law of sampling the lunar soil,and it gets curve of gravity anddrilling pressure through simulating the process of sampling the lunar soil with differentgravity,and extracts the influence factor of gravity and inference information.Referring to the drill configuration information of foreign institution of sampling thelunar soil and drill configuration of civil institution of sampling the soil,the paper designsseveral model-based drills.then the paper gets the drilling pressure measurement test throughthe test platform of the Beijing Satellite Manufacturing Factory,extracting the law of differentdrills in sampling the lunar soil,and analyzes the test phenomena to provide the engineersupport. |
