Integrated pipe network is an important infrastructure of the Iron and Steel Company, responsible for the transmission of materials, energy and information, the survival anddevelopment of the lifeline is a steel company, and so strengthen the integrated pipenetwork management have great significance to the security and development of the Ironand Steel Company. In this paper, the for Shougang Jingtang study GIS application in the the Jingtangcompany integrated pipe network system. Jingtang pipe network status of GIS is theinevitable trend of development of the integrated pipe network system management, GISnot only meet the business needs of the pipe network system, and also be able to enhancethe management level of the pipe network system.Integrated pipe network GIS system based the MapGIS platform, graphics-aideddesign AutoCAD,3Dmax two software development process. Content of the project inaccordance with the planning objectives, the design of the hardware system, dataintegration platform, three-dimensional modeling of the pipe network model analysis.Jingtang pipe network GIS system functions show that the system shows the system dataediting, positioning, statistics and query functions, accident, fire hydrants search, the squibanalysis function, displayed in the management aspect of the pipe network The profileshows as well as three-dimensional pipe network display functions, the substationmanagement functions, the tunnel management functions as well as the SCADA datadisplay functions, as well as real-time video monitoring capabilities,3D factory Browsefunction.Through the application of GIS in Jingtang pipe network system, Jingtang pipenetwork system in energy information management significantly improve, effectivelyavoid accidents from happening, reduce economic losses, and to ensure normal production.the success of the system with a large number of advanced technologies, greatlyimproving the the Jingtang energy management independent integration and innovationability, to lay a solid foundation for further bringing the technology to market.
