Knowledge has become the important source in enterprises during the knowledge economy globalization. The main challenge of the enterprise innovation strategy was how to use the knowledge to achieve continuous technical innovation. Professors such as Lundvall has divided the learning innovation into STI mode (science, technology, innovation) and DUI mode (doing, using, interacting), which means learning innovation based on science and experience separately. Scholars such as Jensen reached the conclusion from empirical research into Danish enterprises that the combination of STI and DUI can improve the innovation performance in enterprises. Guo aifang verified the effect of STI/DUI mode to the technology innovation performance by combining the current situation of the development of Chinese enterprises. But the recent research ignored the differences between technical characteristic of various industries and diversities of learning model. Further development of this research conclusion is needed to verify the suitability for all industries. This article not only verified the effect of STI/DUI to product innovation but also discussed the impact of STI/DUI to process Innovation by combining the technology innovation situation and development of China’s textile enterprise.Textile is a very important part in economic development as a traditional industry in china. It is important significance to research how to effectively use the STI learning and DUI learning to improve textile enterprise innovation performance in theory and practice, because textile enterprise independent innovation ability is low in our country at present. This paper focus on core issues, including the following four aspects:(1) studying the STI/DUI learning on textile enterprise product innovation and process innovation;(2) studying the STI/DUI learning on textile enterprise technology innovation mechanism;(3) studying determinants of the STI/DUI learning for directing the antecedent control instruction;(4)1draw the following conclusions from analysis of theoretical and survey of the139domestic textile enterprises.(1) STI learning and DUI learning in textile enterprises are conducive to improving product innovation and process innovation performance.(2) STI learning and DUI learning interaction, synergistic the textile enterprise technology innovation performance.(3) Top management-oriented, enterprise resources and industry technical characteristics as determinants of learning behavior can affect the textile enterprises STI learning and DUI learning. The presence of senior management-oriented research from market-oriented and entrepreneurial orientation, enterprise resource endowments, industry technology can positively affect Observational learning and market-oriented STI, enterprise resource endowments, market-oriented and entrepreneurial orientation learning DUI positive influence on the role.The results of this study STI/DUI learning field has expanded, and textile enterprises how regulation STI/DUI learning mode through the rational allocation of resources, strategies and technologies, so as to further improve the performance of technological innovation provides a strong theoretical guidance.
