The Influence Factors Evaluation Of Purchasing Business Process Optimization Based On SEM

In today’s society, if an enterprise wants to survive in the fierce competition, tomeet the different requirements of customers better must pay attention to everyprocess in the enterprise. In manufacturing enterprises, logistics is a very importantlink in the operation process, control purchasing cost, improve procurementefficiency is also be seen as "the third profit source of enterprise" in today’s society,except reducing production cost, raising the level of science and technology, and theprocurement operations is the main content in enterprise’s logistics. Therefore,optimization and reorganization of the enterprise procurement process, is animportant mean of most manufacturing enterprises to reduce costs and accessexternal resources. Procurement business as the starting of enterprises’ logisticsactivities, it contains from the supplier to the entire process of production betweenthe product, technology, information of enterprise and service flow. Purchasing costmanagement is an important part of the cost control in the enterprise. In a productionenterprise, procurement cost includes the cost of materials, transportation cost and soon, accounted for the total cost of the enterprise production about60%, therefore, theprocurement cost has direct influence on the price of product and the profit. Soreducing the redundant the organizational structure of the enterprise and the steps ofpurchasing business process is valuable for enterprise cost saving.This paper studys the key factors which affect the purchasing business processoptimization.This paper is based on the analysis of influence factors of enterprisepurchasing business process optimization, finding out the key influence factors andanalysing the problems of process optimization, and then puts forward suggestionsfor improvement. This paper, based on previous studies and taking enterprise C as anexample.The procurement process of enterprise C is subdivided into purchasing plan process, supplier selection process, contract management process and purchase thesettlement process of these four aspects, find out the shortcomings of each process.And then refer to the process optimization theory, combining the theory of supplychain management, identified were evaluated from the process cost, processefficiency, customer satisfaction and process quality of these four points for processoptimization effect. In determining the evaluation index, this paper first use " Likertscale", preliminary evaluation indicators are determined, and then using SPSS18.0software, the results of a questionnaire survey of the reliability and validity weredetected. And then use AMOS18.0software to construct the enterprise procurementbusiness process optimization of structural equation model of influencing factors, thecorrelation coefficient between the observed variables, latent variables were detected,analysis, find out who the procurement process implementation effect more obviousinfluence index. This is a very key step in this paper. Finally, this paper establishedan index system on the influence factors of procurement business processoptimization, through this system, find out the key factors that enterprises may beneglected in the implementation of process optimization, and then combined with theimplementation of the enterprise process optimization and gives some suggestionsfor the improvement.This study has the following findings:(1) This paper takes the C company as an example, has carried on the analysisto the enterprise procurement process. From the followed process purchasing planprocess, supplier selection process, contract management process and purchase thesettlement process, put forward the necessity of the implementation of businessprocess optimization.(2) This paper constructs an index system of the Influence factors evaluation ofpurchasing business process optimization. Based on the business processoptimization and value chain management theory,setting the index system fromthese four angle-process cost, process efficiency, customer satisfaction and processefficiency, and then determine the final index through expert scoring method, anduse SPSS18.0software to analyze its reliability and validity.(3)This paper constructs the structural equation model about influencing factorsof C company purchasing business process optimization.Based on the model, thispaper analyzes the interactional relationship among these indexes, identify thefactors important for process optimization.(4)According to the result of the analysis of AMOS18.O, combining theexisting problems of business process optimization that has been implemented, in order to improve the overall company management, efficiency of procurementprocess, customers’ satisfaction, process quality and the cost-saving,this paperproposes the improvement of the business process optimization.This paper is a combination of process optimization theory, the enterprise valuechain management theory and structural equation model, through this research, toprovide some data to support the optimization of the enterprise business processoptimization, to impact evaluation index system provides a way to build a new, alsoto enrich the structure equation application.
