Situational Judgment Tests (SJT) is a new technology used in personnel selectionevaluation, belong to a kind of simulation test. Along with the development of The Times andevaluation center technology continues to advance, situational judgment test in foreigncountries has been widely applied in the actual recruitment work, but for the domestictheoretical research of the situational judgment test and the actual development of theapplication in our country is also very limited. The main purpose of this study is to build asituational judgment test with the bank clerk under the guidance of theory of situationaljudgment test technology. the professional quality of the bank clerk in the theoreticalexploration of situational judgment test technology developed at the same time for the bankclerk hiring help the practical work of the evaluation tools.The research process of this study consists of the following eight phases. First, Usestructured interviews to consult literature material method and field observation was carriedout on the bank clerk job analysis. Second, Based on the result of job analysis, through to thebank clerk for critical incident interview and refer to methods such as literature data collectionproblem. Third, Delphi method is used to analyze the typical level of problem situation. Forth,Collected response options of each scenario through open questionnaire. Fifth, Using Delphimethod to analyze the response option in each problem situation to select the three suitablealternatives to the forming test of pilot test. Sixth, Pilot test, the test according to test program,test results of the evaluation analysis to distinguish the degree of reliability and validity,perfect test results according to modify, both to distinguish the degree of repeat steps until alltest item significantly. Seventh, Formal testing, carried out a statistical analysis on the resultof the test to determine the final test project to distinguish the degree of the level of reliabilityand validity. Eighth, Write the specification of the test.This research use Crombach a and split half reliability coefficient to evaluate thereliability level of the test. Tests the subjects with “bank clerk self-efficacy scale”,“bank clerkinterpersonal relationship processing scale” as well as the self-evaluation of their work till thedate that they were tested, for evaluating the validity of the test.At last the test is build up with27questions. The testing result shows that the test’sCrombach a is0.874and the split half reliability coefficient is0.896. Has reached therequirement of psychometrics. The correlation coefficient between test score and “bank clerk self-efficacy scale”,“bank clerk interpersonal relationship processing scale” as well as theself-evaluation of their work till the date is0.857,0.923,0.933. According to the results of thisstudy, the author thinks that situational judgment test in bank clerk hiring is has certainapplication value. The situational judgment tes of bank staff quality and ability formed by thisstudy has high reliability and validity level, basically reached the expected results of thisstudy.
