The Interrelationship Research On The Land Use Consciousness Of Households And The Sudden Change Of Local Land Use

All the time, as the main research object of the "Three Rural Issues", the issue of rural land use is significant to building new socialism countryside. At present the countryside is in a rapid transition period, and rural land use accumulation is transforming endogenous development into endogenous development. As the forefront of local rural land use development, the changes show the characters with short timing and strong characteristic of spatial tendency. Households, who are the subject to be engaged to agriculture production, will be influenced by policies, economy, natural ant est. in the cognitive process for land. The adjustment and change has become the source of driving force of land use change in local.Taking these aspects into consideration, this paper first defines the relevant concept of consciousness on households’ land use and sudden change on local land use. Then, from the perspective of households’ land use consciousness, it analyzes the elements which influence consciousness of households’ land use and identifies the differences on land use awareness of different types of households. After that, from three aspects:the overall change of local land use, the structure change of local land use and the dynamic degree and the trend of state of Local land use, it analyzes and studies the driving force of land use change, the overall utilization of Local Land Bureau of the study area. Finally, through studying the interaction mechanism of farmers’ land use consciousness and local land use sudden change, we draw the main following conclusions:(1) The formation of households’ land use consciousness would be effected by the policy cognition, traditional inheritance and mutual imitation. Households’policy interpretation is constantly improved with the time, which meets the current policy background on land use; Households’ land use consciousness is generated by generations through the farmer intergenerational communication and mutual exchange. The connotation is continuously adjusted and enriched according to the different social and economic background. In addition, households’mutual imitation influences farmers’ land use consciousness deeply.(2) That, value consciousness, land use rights consciousness and land use dependent consciousness, constitutes the consciousness of land use together. Through the research analysis:in the thousands year of traditional farming culture in China, land is always the basic element for people to survive, So households’ land use value consciousness are relatively strong, and the land became the property of unique, incomparable in households’ mind; Traditional households’ and part-time household I’s land use rights consciousness is fuzzy because of different degree of education and not well-informed in different types of households. However, professional households and part-time household II’s awareness of land property rights is relatively clear because of the better grasp of policy cognitive; various household livelihood sources determine the different households dependent on land use. Therefore, compared with the part-time households, the traditional households and professional households have stronger sense of dependence on their land use.(3) Those, the policy factors, economic factors and natural factors, affect the local land use sudden change together. Policies and regulations determine the state land macro control, which guide local land use having sudden change. Economic factors determine the local mutation amplitude and rate of land utilization by changing the structure of land use and land use intensive degree. The soil, climate, hydrology, topography and other natural factors as elements of land influence each other to reach the comprehensive influence of local land use.(4) Households’ awareness of land use and local land use mutation has long-term consistency and short-term dislocation. The common performances are bellow: Households’ awareness of land use would affect local land use mutation through households land use behavior; The development trends and frequency of households land use consciousness would determine the direction and rate of mutation in the local land use; local land use mutation has a "rebalancing" and "supplement" effect on households land use consciousness.
