Research On Comprehensive Risk Management Of Architectural Decoration Enterprise

As construction market environment changing, the risks of construction enterprises are also increasingly diversified and complicated. And along with the advent of the low-profit era, whether construction enterprises carry on effective management and control to those risks is directly related to its survival and development. Thus, while companies continue to adapt to the external environment, more should be established to improve enterprise-wide risk management system to truly sustainable development. Based on this, the significance of research on comprehensive risk management of building enterprise is not only reflected in the industry, but also has important reference significance for other industries. The comprehensive risk management of construction decoration enterprise is a new research direction of comprehensive risk management. The purpose is to help the construction decoration enterprise to establish a comprehensive risk management system, so as to better identify risks, assess risks and coping with risks. This paper argues that many of the risk management research in China is not a complete comprehensive risk management research of construction decoration enterprise, but rather independent projects or economic contracts, and other special objects. I describe the core theoretical knowledge and specific application techniques and methods, to lay a solid foundation for building enterprise-wide risk management system.Part Ⅱ (namely the charter3)mainly conducts development,the risks faced and comprehensive risk control of architectural decoration enterprises, this chapter is a concrete manifestation of the second chapter of the theoretical knowledge in the construction and decoration industries.Part Ⅲ(namely the charter4) introduced the construction of a comprehensive risk management system of Beijing Gangyuan Architectural Decoration Engineering CO.,LTD and application examples, I use specific variety of theoretical knowledge to analyze and respond to the risks faced by enterprises. It is a true reflection of Chapters Ⅲ and Ⅳ of the specific application. It positive proved the feasibility and effectiveness of building a comprehensive risk management system.Part IV(namely the charter5) firstly proposed key links and content in building enterprise-wide risk management system. The second section describes how to conduct a long-term mechanism of comprehensive risk management system. This chapter focuses on the analysis and presentation from a business perspective. It has a strong promotional value, and is also comprehensive risk management objective of the study. I hope that other industries who are engaged in conduct a comprehensive risk management can achieve more effective results.The innovation and the characteristics of this paper are as follows:This article gets rid of the project risk management and control thinking, from the perspective of their overall architectural decoration enterprises to conduct a comprehensive risk management.
