With the development of economic globalization, more countries pay attention to improve industrial international competitiveness. In recent years, the biomedical industry grows up rapidly in the global medical market. And China attaches great importance to it development, it has been included in the "Twelfth Five-Year national strategic emerging industry development plan and now it’s the largest branch of the bio-industry. Since the domestic policy environment and market demand is conducive to the development of biomedical industry, biomedical industry in China has made remarkable achievements in the areas of research, technical, production and human resources. However, our biomedical industry is still far behind Europe, the United States and other developed countries. Even though our country has a large population and biomedical market, our biomedical companies keep low market share both in domestic market and international market. Therefore, China must enhance the biomedical industry international competitiveness.On base of the theory of industrial international competitiveness, the article analyzes the trade situation and the international competitiveness of China’s biomedical industry and then researches the impact factors of China biomedical industry international competitiveness. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the promotion of China’s biomedical industry international competitiveness. The article expects to promote research and development innovation ability, product quality, product types and intellectual property protection of China’s biomedical industry. Therefore, it will be enhanced. The basic frameworks are listed as follows:The first chapter is the introduction part. The research background and significance for improving China’s biomedical industry international competitiveness are expounded, then review the research status quo of China biomedical industry international competitiveness, and give a brief introduction to innovation points of this paper, finally define the concept of biomedical industry and detailed expounds the characteristics of biological medicine industry.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of paper research. This paper first illustrates the definition and connotation of industrial international competitiveness, then elaborates the theoretical basis for the industrial international competitiveness, and finally expounds theoretical model and evaluation indicators of industrial international competitiveness.The third chapter first analyzes the basic situation of international biomedical market and makes a comparison on the rules of the biomedical industry policy, and then analyses the characteristics of biomedical industry in our country at present situation.The fourth chapter on the basis of the import and export data to calculate net export index, trading competitiveness index, the market share and revealed comparative advantage index, through these indicators can be seen that our country’s biomedical industry’s international competitiveness is low and need to be improved.The fifth chapter analyzes factors which affect the international competitiveness of biomedical industry in China by establishing a model, including the factors of production, the government, demand conditions, decision factors and secondary factors such as product quality, brand and marketing.The final chapter puts forward some counter-measures to enhance competitiveness of biomedical industry in China on the basis of the above chapters.Based on the theory of industrial international competitiveness, this paper studies biomedical industry international competitiveness situation of our country.
