| In1986, Vietnam began to develop the central macro-regulation of the socialist market economy, which made Vietnam’s economy develop rapidly and became one of the most active economy in the world. Under this opportunity, Vietnam attracts more foreign direct investment behind China and India. With the driving of FDI, Vietnam’s economic structure has been adjusted significantly. In addition, FDI bring advanced technology, equipment and management experience for Vietnam, and makes the way of production and management modernize. Besides, it makes full use of land resources and human resources, and enhancing the competitiveness of Vietnam. Not only that, FDI also prompts the development of tourism economy and business, making Vietnam’s integrate with the global economy. In order to maintain the stable development of national economy, the Vietnamese government pays attention to the introduction of foreign capital as well as the improvement of foreign investment policy. Therefore, with the introduction of a large number of foreign capital, the policy of FDI has become a worth thinking strategic problem.On the basis of the former research, this Paper comprehensively analyzes foreign direct investment policies. The whole Paper can be divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces international background of the topic and Significance of the topic, and reviews the relevant domestic and foreign literature. The second chapter explains the relevant concepts and theories of investment and investment policy. The third chapter summarizes the experience and the lessons about investment policy of China. The forth chapter is the focus of this article, which introduces investment policy of Vietnam. It analyses the experiences and lesson of China, which has some reference for developing of Vietnam. According to achievements of this paper, the fifth chapter analyses the deficiency of the study and looks forward to the future research. |
