For our country, coal resource is an important lifeblood of economic development and social progress. The extensive utilization of coalmine makes a great contribution to advance our national economic construction and improve people’s living standard. However, under the Extensive management pattern in Chinese coalmine industry, the management pattern that coalmine production enterprises use to returned logistics and waste material logistics in coalmine production logistics system will cause tremendous waste of resources, and the management efficiency is extremely low. The establishment and implementation of coalmine reverse logistics system can not only realize the effective use of resources, to achieve enterprise operation cost saving and environmental protection, but also be a tool to increase the competitiveness of enterprises. As the key and premise of coalmine reverse logistics system’s operation, constructing and optimizing coalmine reverse logistics networks will be the first prioritized problem. Therefore, how to construct a reasonable coalmine reverse logistics network will have a very important research value and practical significance in coalmine coal production management.Against this background, production management at coalmine is further studied from the point of reverse logistics in this paper. And combining with the characteristics of the coal industry, integrated plan and optimization for the reverse logistics networks of the coal production enterprise in our country is studied. First, reverse logistics and its related theory is studied to lay a foundation for the construction and optimization of coalmine reverse logistics networks. Against this foundation, key elements of the coalmine reverse logistics networks’ construction are introduced, combining with the characteristics of the coal production, and system planning is carried on. Then, with the constraint condition that node Logistics Scale is conserved and facility capacity is limited, with the minimum total cost as the objective function, a mixed integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) with grey parameters of coalmine reverse logistics networks is constructed, considering that the demand of new material and reprocessing material and the quality of are uncertain. Next, the objective function and grey parameter variables are whitening processed, mixed integer nonlinear programming is converted into equivalent deterministic model through grey albino method. Finally, optimization model is established according to the reverse logistics management of one Coal Industry Group. And the model is solved by programming with LINGO software. The result can verify the validity of the model, and on the other hand, it can provide and reference decision-making proposal for coalmine production enterprise about modeling and optimization of coalmine reverse logistics networks.
