The Study About The Developing Problem And Countermeasure Of Occupational Pension In China Based On The Perspective Of Participation Subject

With the increasingly serious aging problems recent years> the basic retirement insurance system which supported by government financial has been challenged severely in China. As the supplement of the basic retirement insurance system, the development problem of occupational pension has gained more and more attention. Because its development is not only related to the improvement of the social security system in China, but also has relationship to the quality of staffs retirement life and the social harmony and stability. The occupational pension has gotten some achievements after recent years development, but still has a long way to go to become the second pillar of retirement insurance system.Occupational pension covered many areas during the development process, but the government, financial institutions, enterprises and employees play the most important roles. So this paper starting from the basic theory of the occupational pension, at the same time, leaning from the successful experience of America’s401k plan, and in connection with the current situation that it develops slowly and its coverage ration is low, in order to analyze the role orientation and the power of these participating subjects. In this paper, Luzhou Distillery Industry Development Zone was chosen to be the example, and interviewed some enterprises and workers to find out the problems during the development process of occupational pension. Finally, provide some policy recommendations to the operation and development of the occupational pension.
