Nowadays, in the background of economic and information globalization, enterprises all over the world show an obvious tendency toward internationalization. And international business enterprises have become the principal part in world economy and trade. Such a change and develop trend raises Chinese socialist market economy construction and enterprise development a new subject and challenge. Meanwhile, it also brings Chinese enterprises development opportunities. At present, it is necessary for a large number of Chinese enterprises to implement international business strategy in order to share both domestic and foreign resources and markets. Through internationalization, enterprises can also improve their competence, expand their scales and have themselves participated in global competition and cooperation in a deeper and wider range.The paper draws up an international strategy system for CRSBG Company based on the analysis of its development status and environment. It contains five chapters:Chapter I explains the study background and intention of selecting the topic, analyzes current status of domestic and foreign study briefly and then puts forward direction, method and framework of the paper.Chapter II introduces the development tendency of international business through analyzing its concept. Combined with related theories, it states that international strategy is an inevitable choice and trend when an enterprise develops to a certain stage. This chapter also concludes and analyzes the course, motive, advantages and disadvantages of Chinese Enterprises toward realizing internationalization and attempts to search some general experiences for international business of Chinese enterprises.Chapter III introduces the current development status of CRSBG’s international business. This chapter also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages that CRSBG faces for implementing international business strategy by using SWOT analysis. Combined with environmental analysis, SO, WO, ST, WT strategies were concluded and some strategic coping methods were also put forward.Based on the analysis of the company’s current situation, Chapter IV proposes CRSBG’s international strategy which includes enterprise positioning, model, strategy composition and safeguard measures. It analyzes the way how CRSBG realizes internationalization from such seven aspects as transition and upgrading, scientific innovation, intellectual reservation, brand, localization strategy, enterprises alliance strategy and organizational culture. The last chapter summarizes the paper.
