With the steady development of Chinese economy in recent years, a group of new rich class has been emerged. Their understanding of idle funds has been greatly different from the past, the demand for investment finance is increasingly strong. Especially the high-end customers as defined by the Bank, whose available funds are more than one million dollars. As the more profound understanding of financial management, their demands for increasing the value of the assets have become stronger. The profit contribution of the high-end customers in the bank’s income has accounted for heavier, making high-end customers become the focus of banks competing to attract. Specifically, the financial planning of the high-end customers is to develop practical use of scientific methods and specific procedures for customers, which includes cash planning, consumer expenditure planning, education planning risk management, insurance planning, tax planning, investment planning, retirement planning, distribution of property inheritance planning and comprehensive planning, enabling customers to continuously improve the quality of life, and ultimately achieve lifetime financial security, autonomy and freedom. The effective implementation of the high-end customer financial planning scheme making customer asset value effect, at the same time, the bank income improve, is a kind of operation mode of win-win between the customer and the bank.This article studies the present situation of financial planning for the high-end customers in T Bank, identifies problems, analyze the different risk characteristics of high-end customers, and formulate personalized financial planning reasonable for high-end customers of T Bank through the analyses of high-end customer management business of foreign commercial bank’s development situation and development characteristics,, and study of the rationality of scheme through the case at last. The study about financial planning in this article has referenced the significance to other domestic commercial banks in developing wealth management business, moreover, helped high-end customers a better understanding of the wealth management business.
