With the advancement of China’s urbanization, increasing urban population,urban sewage emissions growing increasingly&serious water pollution, stimulatingthe demand for sewage treatment. The transformation of the old sewage treatmentplant&the establishment of a new sewage treatment plant will soon rise in majorcities and developed rapidly. Sewage treatment as the country’s basic industries, hasmore and more attention in all aspects. Sewage treatment insure safe, efficient,standards in order to ensure the normal operation, and business operations can not beseparated from the staff. There are big gap in staff for the sewage treatmententerprises.At present, China professional sewage treatment practitioners were95%of social workers, that is, without any system of sewage treatment professionaltraining. And fewer than20%of enterprises have a fixed system of personnel trainingsystem. On the other hand, only about15%of the sewage treatment enterprises havetheir own technology development team. Much of the equipment of the sewagetreatment enterprises rely on imports and operation, maintenance them must needtraining. Integrated these sewage treatment enterprises to do bigger and stronger, toensure the operation and development, service to society, must attach importance tothe training of workers.Human resources management in recent years has become the core ofenterprise management, human capital has become the company’s most valuable asset,and training as an important part of human resource management, enterprise humancapital preservation and appreciation of an important way. Their own characteristicsand needs of employees to design a set of enterprise development training programsfor businesses and employees, has a guiding role and significance.This paper carries on the analysis and research on staff training activities ofsewage treatment enterprises in our country. The Urumqi Hedong Veolia water co.,LTD., training system as an example, analysising of enterprise training system and summarizing the company’s training programs improve part and it has referencesignificance to the same type enterprise.This study is based on the theory of problem-oriented applied research, andhope that this study has a reference value for the same type of enterprise trainingsystem.
