Study On The Investment Risk Management Of Wastewater Treatment Plant Project In Airport

With the high-speed development of international economy, most countries seek economic development at the cost of the ecological environment. Wastewater constitutes a high proportion of various pollutants. Therefore, more and more countries construct their own wastewater treatment plant which is the symbol of modern city civilization as an effective method to prevent water pollution and protect water resources. Wastewater treatment in our country is laggard, but developing so fast.Based on combination between construction project of wastewater treatment plant and theories of project risk management and investment risk management, this paper researches wastewater treatment plant project in airport and summarizes the procedures of investment risk management in this project, whose content has simplicity and a wide application.Research shows utilization of tools and methods of risk management and systemic identification of risk factor is the key to success in investment risk management of wastewater treatment plant project. At project risk analysis stage, the first step is to collect risk factor in project, and then compare risk factor with each other. Finally, according to different types of risk, the solution to risk will be proposed which also can prevent effectively risks combining engineering insurance. These mentioned above are the key factors to success in investment risk management of wastewater treatment plant project and help effectively follow-up construction project of wastewater treatment plant to reduce risk in order to achieve investment target.
