For many of China’s logisticsenterprises, especially small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, it is reallychallenge. In the industry, small and medium-sized enterprises have play a decisive roleposition and play a significant role in the economic development in China, their diversityand flexibility play more and more important in the economic operation of the mission.This paper analyzes the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in the neweconomic environment to form in the supply chain and industrial cluster in the trend, howto develop ideas, improve Key Account service level. At the same time to adapt to thedemand for the internationalization, how to combine their own situation and needs tochoose different effective Key Account management mode, to help the enterprises continueto grow and develop, and to improve the core competitiveness of the target. Under thisbackground, the large Key Account Management theory, Marketing Theory, Relationshipmarketing theory, and based on these theory, introduces A company industry background,the environment and its Key Account management problems and shortcomings, researchand Analysis on how to well use of the Key Account Management Theory, Agency Systemand IT Technology to meet the customer’s demand. To design large Key Accountmanagement scheme which is suitable for our own situation and secure industrycompetitiveness, achieved considerable return finally.Through the implementation of the demonstrated scheme, improve Key Accountmanagement level can really help small and medium-sized logistics enterprises develop ideas, win more customers. At the same time, it also makes well use of innovative thinkingand operation mode for the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in the future toimplement customer relationship management, to continue to participate in the pattern of "small and medium-sized enterprises are leaded by large enterprises, and organizeproduction ". It has the very important and typical reference value.
