The Analysis Of Development Trend Of Community Banks In Our Country Based On Comprehensive Fuzzy Theory

It is unreasonable distribution and low coverage of community financial institutions in China, Financial supply is insufficient, and competition is lack. The loans and financing problem for country, agriculture and peasants is very outstanding. In order to solve this situation, our country began to encourage and support the establishment of commoni ty banks in2006. Community banks become new force of micro, small and medium enterprises and country, agriculture and peasants.So as a freshman of community micro-finance institutions, how about the future development trend of community banks? What factors influence the development of community banks? What issues exist? How to further promote the development of communi ty banks? This is concern in this paper.Using the comprehensive fuzzy analysis method to analy the trend of the development of four community banks, we find that the trend is good. The level of regional economical and financial development affects the development of community banks. To some extent, the higher level of economic and financial development community banks, the better development trend.In underdeveloped areas, the supportment by government is more, but the trend of the development of community banks subjects to internal factors. However, the supportment by government is not a long-term solution, community banks should mainly rely on themselves.This paper consists of five parts:the first part is introduction, which elaborates research background, purpose, significance, related concepts, innovations and deficiencies. The second part is literature review, overviewing the community finance theory and foreign and domestic research literatures. The third part uses comprehensive fuzzy theory to build the evaluation index system of development trend of community banks in our country. On the basis of literature researches and characteristics of the development of communi ty banks in our country, we concern internal and external factors to select indicators from six aspects, which is governance structure, business, financial analysis, regional factors, government factors, and financial factors, to determine the weights,and to establish the evaluation index system. Fourth part is to analy the development trend of four community banks according to the evaluation index system of development trend of China’s community banks. The last part is to summarize in combination with analysis results of four community banks, to discuss problems of community banks in our country and to put forward the corresponding suggestions.
