As a modern management tool, performance appraisal is a key link of performance management and the core problem of modern human resource management. A valid accurate performance evaluation system can help companies create high performance, realize the goal of enterprise, and can become the driving force of enterprise sustainable development.Therefore,estabalishing an effective perfermnance evaluation system increasingly gets enterprise highly value. Influenceed by the economic enviroment and the changing organization structure,the traditional performance evaluation system, which was oriented by the performance of the results, has been challenged by this circumstance. In recent years, the performance evaluation of commercial banks has become the focus of theory and practice circles.Our bank has been to attach great importance to establish perfect and feasible performance appraisal system, in this paper,the performance evaluation system of Jinan branch of JS bank was analyzed and put forward the improvement opinion.This article is divided into five parts, in the introduction part, the author mainly elaborates background and significance of the research, content and method. Ihe second part, the author introduces the performance evaluation related theory and method of performance appraisal.In the third part,the author analyzes the performance appraisal status quo of Jinan branch and points out the problems. Introducing the performance appraisal system of Jinan branch of JS Bank and the implementation of pay system, and then analyzing the problems of current performance appraisal system. In the fourth part,the author puts forward the performance appraisal of optimization measures for improvement. In the fifth part,the author discusses the Jinan branch of JS bank’s concrete implementation of improvement. the author, from branch appraisal, department appraisal and employee appraisal three levels,proposes the concrete implementation measures.In sixth part, the author ummarized the full text. Through the five parts of the analysis and research, the author try to improve and perfect the original performance evaluation system, to set up a consistent with external economic market demand and effective incentive and promotion of JS bank business development of the comprehensive and effective performance appraisal system.
