In modern society, if an enterprise wants to remain invincible in the fierce market competition, it has to constantly enhance its core competitiveness. Meanwhile, as the most active factor of the productive forces, people’s behaviors and attitudes are the important factors in the core competitiveness of enterprises. Job satisfaction and job involvement are the main component of employees’work attitude, whose level directly or indirectly affects the development of the enterprise. Therefore, The research on job satisfaction and job involvement has a great significance to improve enterprise profit and uplift the enterprise performance. It can be seen that between these two attitudes and the relationship between these two attitudes and work performance have increasingly become the focus of people’s attention.Through the review of previous related documents and empirical research about job satisfaction, job involvement and work performance, we find that the resarches on the job satisfactionjob involvement and work performance were developped earlier by the foreign scholars and that their theories and empirical studies are deeply developed and more systematic. However, the domestic researches were largely based on the translation and research abroad and there is few empirical researches. So,there are large gap compared with the foreign studies. Therefore, this article intends to explore the relationship between employee’job satisfaction, job involvement and work performance in domestic enterprises and get some research findings, offering reference significance for domestic enterprise managers to improve employee satisfaction and involvement levels, uplift job performance, and provide effective recommendationsIn this paper, we research on the forestry enterprise in Sanming City, Fujian Province and choose the appropriate job satisfaction, job involvement and work performance, and issue questionnaires to200employees and interview with employees in the enterpriseso as to understand the status of the forestry enterprise employees about job satisfaction, job involvement and work performance. We analyze the date by using the SPSS statistical software and verify the hypothesis by means of descriptive statistics, single factor variance method, the correlation analysis and regression analysis, and the conclusion are as follows:1. Different staff personal attributes differs in its job satisfaction, job involvement and work performance2. Job satisfaction and job involvement has a significant correlation.3. Job involvement and job performance has a significant correlation.4. Job involvement plays the fully mediated role between job satisfaction and work performance. Job involvement plays the fully mediated role between job satisfaction and task performance. Job involvement plays the fully mediated role between job satisfaction and contextual performance.In the end, according to the results, combined with the actual situation of staff development in Fujian forestry enterprises, we put forward a series of suggestions and measures to improve the level of employees’job satisfaction, job involvement and work performance from the aspects of management style, incentive mechanism, pay system starting, which has a very important practical significance to implement human resources management and improve the performance of the employee.
