With the development of social economy and scientific technology, the depth andbreadth of land use change has been increasing, ecosystem services value for land usecan be quantified based on land use data. So as to avoid short-sighted behavior ofdestructing environment, we should prevent the continuing deterioration of ecologicalenvironment. We used GM (1,1) model to forecast land use, accounted profit and lossof ecological service value, optimized land use distribution by linear programming,and ecosystem services values were explored in land use allocation.First of all, through the analysis on land use data in Liaoning province from2003to2008, we revealed the existing problems in land use, and found land use trend ofdecreasing farmland, increasing construction land and threatened ecologicalenvironment.Secondly, according land use data in Liaoning province from2003to2008, usingGM (1,1) model, we carried on the forecast to2020annual data. Results showed that,by using current land use way, farmland continued to decrease, construction land toincrease, unused land will be substantially reduced, it does not avail agricultural landespecially farmland protection. We should transform the way of land use.Thirdly, ecological service value was calculated applying value coefficients inLiaoning province. Forecasted ecological service values were contrasted with valuefrom Liaoning province overall land use planning (2006-2020). The overall land useplanning had to some extent to reverse the ecological value decline, but land use typeswith high ecosystem services value did not gain sufficient protection, so we shouldmake some adjustment.Finally, overall land use planning was optimized in Liaoning province with thehelp of linear programming method, whose target was land use optimization, andwhose objective function was ecosystem services value, so as to ensure soci-economicdevelopment and land use optimization in Liaoning area. We found optimizedecosystem services value was more than planning ecological service value as high as17.99×108yuan. So land use optimization greatly improved ecosystem service valuesin Liaoning Province. And we put forward some rational suggestions on land useadministration in Liaoning province. |
