Due to the changing market environment, the dramatic changes in technology and knowledge of the outside environment of the enterprise, companies had to accelerate the speed of the reaction of the changing of the market and environment, companies realize that only active creative can solve business problems. Human resources has become the most valuable resources and core competitive weapon,"person" is the the key to the company enterprise,"man" is a key factor to achieve strategic objectives and improve organizational performance. And then how to improve employees’performance has become the greatest concern of managers and researchers. Employees, the cornerstone of enterprise development, and the loyalty of the core staff is a direct impact on the staff to creation. The recongnization of the core talent to the company, corporate involvement, becoming the key enterprises in talent management talent competition, the company is also the introduction of talent, talent investment, the focus of the development of human resources.In this paper, the author takes X company as an example, focus on the study of the loyalty status of the employees in X company, to find out the loyalty to the company development. Give some advise to develop and keep the core staffs in the next3years under the current environment, and provide a reference and guidance to improve the loyalty of core staffs and overall human resources.Based on the large amounts of literature data, first give introduction to the definition of the core staff, and a brief description of the proposal and development of the theory of employee satisfaction&employee loyalty; Second, the author use the method of questionnaire investigation and interviews for analysis, and based on the employees’psychological contract content evaluation, finally from the point of view of the psychological contract, proposes some specific measures to enhance the core staff loyalty.
