SC globalization competition increasingly intense situation, human resource has become the important foundation of enterprise sustainable competitive advantage, as is salary management is an important part of human resources management is more important. The scientific, reasonable and effective compensation system, to achieve the strategic target of enterprise, enhance the comprehensive competitive ability, play a decisive role to realize sustainable development.In this paper, from the view of management, based on the composition of compensation concept machine, mainly summarized the development of the salary theory, research status at home and abroad, a detailed analysis of the Qibao town mall business company’s organizational structure, human resources and compensation system present situation, find out the main problems existing in Qibao town mall business company’s existing salary system, i.e. unreasonable salary structure, position setting unreasonable, lack of incentives and compensation issues. Combined with the future development direction and development strategy of Qibao town mall business company, the redesign of the organizational structure, scientific evaluation work, and according to the job evaluation results provided a detailed job description, the company post salary divided all eight eleven stalls, constructs the compensation optimization system based on job performance-based pay.
