On January1st,2010. After10years of China-ASEAN free trade region announced comprehensive built, China and ASEAN trade entering a new stage of development. In this context, the thorough research future bilateral industry trade development trend is particularly important. Among them, China and ASEAN industrial products the development of intra-industry trade is the most conspicuous.Based on the theoretical and empirical combination of methods in China-ASEAN industrial products intra-industry trade expansion research. This paper first comb to intra-industry trade at home and abroad research, this paper introduces the meaning of intra-industry trade, the reasons, the classification and related theoretical model, constitute the theoretical foundation of this paper. Secondly, through the2002to2011between China and ASEAN trade data of using case LuBeiEr-Lloyd index calculation formula statistical out of China and ASEAN intra-industry trade index, according to the statistical results of China and ASEAN intra-industry trade present situation respectively from the current situation of the development of the overall comprehensive analysis. Finally, by the trade gravity model analysis and study on industrial products between China and ASEAN intra-industry trade development factor and on this basis puts forward some reasonable Suggestions.The research results of the main innovation is:based on the perspective of the theory of industry inner trade, using theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of the combination of methods, explore the China and ASEAN nations industrial products intra-industry trade relations. In the research methods, the use of trade theory of gravity is likely to affect the industrial products intra-industry trade six factors regression analysis. According to the analysis results, the China-ASEAN industrial products intra-industry trade development are put forward innovative suggestions.
