China's Foreign Labor Service Export Industry Present Situation And The Personnel Safety Risk Research

Foreign labor export exerts positive influence on China’s economic and socialdevelopment. With the continuous expansion and development of the transnationalflow of overseas labor, China has a bright prospect in foreign labor export industry asa country with rich labor resources. Since the reform and opening up, China’s exportof labor service has made considerable progress, but with the growing number ofoverseas labor and expansion of labor distribution, personal and property risks ofChina’s overseas labor are also increasing. Overseas labor’s safety is an importantpart of China’s overseas interests. As a result, it is necessary to enhance the study ofoverseas labor’s security. With overseas export workers’ security as research object,this paper analyzes China’s the external labor export development status andsecurity risks using a combination of data analysis and case study. The paper isdivided into four parts: Introduction gives definitions of several core conceptsconcerning overseas labor security; The first part of the body analyzes the status offoreign labor service and relevant data; The second part is an overview and analysisof security risk status quo of China’s overseas labor; The third part enumerates somenational security precaution experience.
