The Study Of Human Capital Formation Caused By Technological Progress In Shandong Province

Under the circumstance of economic globalization, technological progress andhuman capital has become the important factor of promoting economic development.Throughout since China’s reform and opening up, economic development in shandongprovince, lag in technology and human capital stock relative shortage obviously slowdown the pace of economic growth mode transformation of shandong province, at thesame time also hinder greatly fully open, optimization and upgrading of industrialstructure. This article research the technology progress and human capital of our provincefrom "technological progress lead to the formation of human capital" perspective. In theaspect of theoretical analysis, based on the traditional theory of human capital formation,from theory to clarify technical progress and human capital formation of the relationship;In empirical research, combined with1978years after the introduction of advancedtechnology of shandong province’s actual situation to carry on the empirical research, inthe form of data reasoning technology progress for human capital formation of the leadrole. Finally on the basis of research results, practical analysis our province economicdevelopment in the technology and the problem of human capital, can more targeted topromote economic development.By reviewing many research of scholars for technological progress and human capital, form theideas and methods of writing, the author in the article using the labor productivity and averageeducation respectively between technology and human capital. Stability analysis was carried out onthe data, then the granger causality test, empirical analysis for the relationship between the technologyand human capital, make clear the relation between both, prominent technical progress for humancapital formation of the lead role, through the analysis concludes that in the process of developing theeconomy in our province’s technological progress and human capital issues and obstacles, and putsforward the corresponding policy recommendations.
