| Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) prompt companies to achieve economies of scale,enhance core competitiveness, improve share market and business performance. M&A isof great significance to industry and the whole development of market economy. It alsohelps achieve the adjustment and reconfiguration of the resources of industry, promote theupgrading of industrial structure. After the middle of the20th century, a strong wind of M&A swept through China, in the wave, real estate has outstanding performance. M&Aplay a very important role to the expansion of the real estate enterprise. By means of M&A real estate enterprises can obtain important production resource such as land, capital toimprove market share further, or eliminate the influence of trade competition of the sameenterprise. Now with the lower level of scale of real estate industry, the development ofreal estate enterprises is under restrictions. National macroeconomic regulation and controlfurther promoted the real estate industry reshuffle and integration process. What is theperformance of real estate enterprise after M&A? How to improve the performance ofreal estate enterprise after M&A? What should real estate enterprise focus on in theprogram of M&A? The study of experts and scholars in our country about theseproblems is less. Complete theoretical system does not form.In this paper, starting from the features of the real estate industry, I analysis thedriving factors of M&A of the real estate and build the M&A performance evaluationsystem of real estate enterprises. Using the case method, with the help of the M&Aperformance evaluation system, this paper analyzed the performance of Chinese real estateenterprises-Vanke after M&A from short-term and long-term performance, finding outthe factors to drive the improvement of performance of vanke through M&A. Accordingto the analysis of the case, a series of suggestions are proposed from internal and externalto improve performance of real estate enterprise after M&A of our country. |
