Performance Excellence Model com from the Baldrige National Quality Award, there are180countries and regions in the promotion and application. It provides an evaluation method, the enterprise can be integrated through Performance Excellence Model modem advanced management concepts and methods to evaluate the results of the management of the enterprise, so that enterprises continue from good to great. Our assessment of the work of the China Quality Management Award was launched in2001, as the assessment criteria and Performance Excellence Model.The paper first introduces the connotation of Performance Excellence Model, our country construction enterprise the present situation of the application of Excellence Performance Model, the establishment and implementation of the purpose and significance of the Performance Excellence Model, the world’s three major quality award and China Quality Award as well as the research status in the field of construction in China. Criteria for Performance Excellence is then parsed to analyze its nine basic concept (visionary leadership, strategic orientation, customer-driven, social responsibility, people-oriented, win-win cooperation, the emphasis on process and concerned about the results, learning improvement and innovation, systems management)content and relationship of the seven categories of the criteria for Performance Excellence with the ISO9000standard, as well as the relationship with the core competitiveness of enterprises.According to the seven aspects of Performance Excellence Model, through the analysis of the successful practice of a construction company case, put forward our country building enterprise establish Performance Excellence Model method. Due to process management covers the enterprise all activities, enterprise all the departments involved, this article carries on the detailed analysis of this part of content. Finally, from the Excellence Performance evaluation standards of training, building enterprise culture construction, set up enterprise benchmarking, questionnaire survey, to carry out the self assessment, formulation and implementation of improvement plans, at the right time to declare the national quality prize and so on seven aspects our country construction enterprise how to implement the Performance Excellence Model is analyzed.In this paper, with reference to " The Criterion for Excellent Performance"(GB/T19580-2012) and some of performance excellence model in the application research of enterprises or institutions and practical implementation in a construction enterprises, put forward performance excellence mode in our country construction enterprise to establish and implement the general method, to the construction enterprises in China successfully imported performance excellence model to provide some reference.
