| Along with the fast development of economic globalization and international competition, the quality has been playing a vital role in enterprise's competition, its concept has also been expanded and evolved from the microscopic facet (product quality, project quality, service quality and so on) to macroscopic one (economic circulating quality, environment quality, life quality and other products, process and service quality), the concept of "big quality" has already formed. Basing on the research of quality incentive system, The National Quality Testing Bureau has issued jointly with The National Standards Committee national standard of Remarkable Achievements Appraisal Criterion which provides reference for pursuing remarkable achievements pattern, the quantified index in the criterion will be regarded as a yardstick for quality prize and enterprise's self-testing appraisal .This article aims at helping more enterprises care and study remarkable achievements pattern , thus, achieve the remarkable management achievements.Firstly, the paper introduces how the domestic and abroad carrying out remarkable achievements pattern and explains the meaning and applied value of establishing remarkable achievements pattern. Then, it gives an introduction of the main idea of the concept of remarkable achievements pattern, core value, and the major criterion of remarkable achievements pattern.
