Study On The Influence Mechanism Of Resource Endowment Of Farmers Entrepreneurial Decision

In recent years, some counties and cities in Hubei province have beenintroduced preferential policies, training center construction, increase creditsupport, encourage and guide farmers to start. In the policy support, the farmersentrepreneurial enthusiasm are aroused, the passive to active, led a party of thelevel of employment, to promote the development of local economy. Promote theexcitation source of peasants’ Entrepreneurship initiative in its resources, so thispaper focuses on the farmers in this particular stage of entrepreneurial decision，starting from farmers perspective, to explore the resources endowment effectmechanism on entrepreneurial decision，action principle of dynamic process offarmer entrepreneurs have capital levels in the growth of，and interactions betweenthese capital.This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign relevant entrepreneurresource, human capital, social capital, economic capital and entrepreneurialdecision on the basis of the theory, and proposes the theoretical hypothesis modelof entrepreneurial decision resources. The farmer entrepreneur human capital intothe level of knowledge, experience and technology level three measurement index，the farmer entrepreneur social capital into government social capital, family socialcapital and market social capital three measurement index，the farmer entrepreneureconomic capital into its economy and foreign capital financing. If farmerentrepreneur human capital, social capitaland economic capital of entrepreneurialdecision on the perceived feasibilityand entrepreneurial motivation werepositively correlated, and an interactionexist between resource endowment of each dimension, and empirical.210effective questionnaires collected by, the datato the reliability and validity analysis, empirical research on the use of structuralequation model of the model evaluation, model fitting and model correction,according to the empirical data to test the farmer entrepreneur resources toentrepreneurial decision-making influence model, the conclusion that there is apositive correlation influence of entrepreneurial decision on human capital andsocial capital of peasant entrepreneurs, and the impact of the economic capital onentrepreneurial decision is not obvious, the interaction between human capital andsocial capital.The conclusions of this paper business decision makers and government canbe formed through the analysis of the mechanism of entrepreneurialdecision-making, to take effective measures for different types of entrepreneurialcapital level, to provide policy support to make up for the inadequacy of theirresource endowment of farmers, help farmers entrepreneurs across the businessobstacles, promote the development of farmer entrepreneurship, to enable farmersto become industry pioneer, become the main force in the construction of newcountryside.
