Development Strategy Analysis Of Jinzhou Dalian National Agricultural Technology Zone

China’s agricultural science and technology park is a product of China’s agricultural productivity and agricultural science and technology have developed to a certain stage. It began to appear in1990s and has contributed to the promotion and application of agricultural high-tech. China has71National Agricultural Science and Technology Park in total. Dalian has2National Agricultural Technology Park, they are Jinzhou Dalian and LvShun Dalian National Agricultural Technology Park. Jinzhou Dalian National Agricultural Technology Park is one of the Ministry of Science and Technology in May2002approved the establishment of36national agricultural park, is the oldest National Agricultural Science and Technology Park in Dalian City. It equipped with the processing of agricultural products logistics area, research and development services, livestock and poultry breeding areas, agriculture, tourism and science area. Based on the development of modern agriculture, the National Agricultural Technology Park in Jinzhou Dalian achieved outstanding performance after ten years of development. While it also facing the problems, such as incomplete industry chain and elements constraints. In order to continue to develop the characteristics of the national agricultural science and technology park, this paper analyzes the experience of domestic and international agricultural park development. We identify the shortcomings of Jinzhou in the development of the National Agricultural Science and Technology Park, and put forward the higher new scientific and technological development of urban agriculture strategy.
