| The logistics industry has experienced different stages since its inception.and have a stimulating effect on the national economy. Modern logistics industry is a product of the rapid economic development of the world.At the same time, due to the comprehensive and rich connotation of the modern logistics industry, it has become an important industry of a country’s economy.Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, is an important transportation hub, while the city of resource-rich products.Vigorously develop modern logistics industry in Chaoyang City, not only will further promote the industrial structure and the producer services, but also will drive the progress of other related industries, improve the city’s competitiveness. Thus, to establish and improve the modem logistics industry will have a profound impact on the overall economy of Chaoyang City.In this paper, firstly the background and significance of the development of modern logistics industry in Chaoyang City has been briefly describs, then discusses the comprehen-sive description of modern logistics industry research. The second part of this paper presents the process of the development of modem logistics industry at home and aboard.and introduces the city’s modern logistics industry development status.The third part, accroding to the SWOT analysis method, we can concludes that the advantages of Chaoyang City to develop the mordern logistic industry are the policies and it’s location and resources, the weaknesses are the lackness of thought and technology of mordern logistic. According to the city’s own strengths and weaknesses and the government policies, the paper concludeds with recommendations on the development of modern logistics industry in Chaoyang City, especially improve industrial logistics system and develope the construction of urban logistic nodes.I sincerely hope that this article can words and ideas into the development of modern logistics industry in Chaoyang City. |
