Research On The Relationship Among Entrepreneurship,Dynamic Cambilities And Organization Performance

The rapid development of technology, continuous introduction of new productsand constant change of customer’s preference, plus the―hypercompetitive‖environment characterized by intense and rapid, draws more difficulties to theoperation and development of enterprise. Managers are the core factor of enterprise,guidance from top of organizations may have a critical impact on how well firmscope with changing circumstances; Dynamic capabilities may more scientific onexplain the original sustainable competitive advantage, but as a new theory, needsenriching; Manager to construct, integrate and reconstruct organizational resourcesand competitive capabilities is dynamic capabilities’ reflect in the managerindividual level. This study choose manager as our sample, probe the mechanismbetween entrepreneurship、 dynamic capabilities and organization performance,research on the differences of each variable caused by demographic characteristics,and then proposes some theoretical and practical recommendations for businessmanagement.This article beginning with literature, draws on research result at home andabroad, then construct study model and put forward related hypothesis; Afterquestionnaire designing, through small sample test to get the formal questionnaire;Use SPSS16.0to process samples and study on hypothesis testing.This article draws the following conclusions:(1) Entrepreneurship issignificantly and positively related to dynamic capabilities and degree varies withdimension;(2) Entrepreneurship is significantly and positively related to organizationperformance and degree varies with dimension;(3) Dynamic capabilities issignificantly and positively related to organization performance and degree varieswith dimension;(4) As an intervening variable, dynamic capabilities play partialmediating roles from entrepreneurship to organization performance;(5) In terms ofdemographic variables, just part of the research variables and their dimensions indemographic has significant differences.
