Study On Mechanism Of Promotiny Regional Industrial Structure By Information Industry

Regional industry structure is the macro foundation of regional competitiveness,and the development of information industry potentially affects the evolution ofregional industrial structure. Information industry and industrial information becomethe new development trend of regional industry structure. Explore how the promotioneffect between information industry and the regional industrial structure evolutionpromote the economic continuously, healthily and stably developing, and thesignificance of it.Essentially, information industry is knowledge-intensive, technology-intensiveindustry, as the dominant core of industry innovation system and backbone of thethird industry; it has far-reaching influence on pushing regional industrial structureupgrading. The development of information industry is basing on the leading industrytheory-the diffusion effect, and has the space effect of regional industrial structurethrough the construction of regional innovation system.Based on the new triple helix theory, this article analyzes the relationship of theinformation industry and the three main factors of regional industrial structureevolution: the difference, rationalization, upgrading. First, this article analysis howinformation industry affects the difference, rationalization and upgrading of regionalindustrial structure, establishes the grey correlation model through OWA operatorgroup of fusion method then do the empirical analysis. The second step, basing on thetriple helix theory, constructs the spatial econometric model and does the empiricalanalysis to find the effect of the information industry promote regional industrialstructure. Finally, this article propose the mechanism of electronic informationindustry affect the regional industrial structure convergence at the point of difference;basing on leading industry theory, the way electronic information industry affectrationalization of industrial structure at the point of rationalization; analysis thecorrelation degree of information industry and upgrading of industrial structure at thepoint of upgrading. In the framework of triple helix theory, this article concludesinformation industry has obvious spatial effects on promoting regional industrystructure and advices that: first, culture regional characteristics information industry,deepen the trend of regional industry structure difference; second, put forward thefusion of information industry, gradually realize the difference, rationalization,upgrading of regional industry structure. By analyzing how the development of China’s electronic information industry affects the upgrading of regional industrystructure, set up the direction of future development measures of regional industrystructure, so as to provide decision support for regional industrial structure adjustment,to push the fusion of industrialization and information, to lay the foundation ofrealizing the coordination of regional economic.This article has carried on the innovation on theory and method. First, basing ontriple helix theory as the new wine in old bottles, analyzes the evolution mechanismof how information industry upgrading the regional industrial structure from the viewof difference assessment, rationalized trend research, upgrading choice and set uptriple helix theory basing on regional industrial structure. Second, using improvedgrey correlation theory-based on OWA operator grey correlation models fusionmethod, this article analysis how the information industry affects on the regionaldifference, rationalization and upgrading. Finally, basing on spatial lag model andspatial error model, this article analysis how information industry promotes regionalindustrial structure.
