According to the statistical report of thirty-first China Internet development status:Up to the end of December2012, the number of Chinese domain name reach13.41million, There are4.83million.Com domain name which account for36%Chinese domain name and7.51million.CN domain name which occupy56%Chinese domain name. The number of netizen reached564million which has increased by50.9million as compared with last year so that there is42.1%penetration of Internet in China. With the rapid development of Internet and electronic commerce sharply, on the one hand, during the process of informatization, more and more enterprises own their own domain name by website construction, fostering a good and healthy company image, focusing on the latest trends of the industry, releasing product information, developing online marketing, collecting user feedback and strengthening customer’s competition. On the other hand, netizen’s ways of browsing enterprises website has been changing continuously, which represent various new characteristics, such as mutual communication, sociality, strategic, dramatic, habitual and consumer and so on. Making a thorough study in network behavior not only can capture the information of the implicit demands of enterprise, but also can calculate the explicit demands. Therefore it can curb blindness in building the Internet Information Service System and enhance initiative and pertinence of Internet Information management and service so that it elevates customer satisfaction and improves the Internet Information Service System constantly.This paper focuses on making use of link analysis to measure the related index of Anhui provincial enterprises website, excavating the relation of website link index and the enterprise performance such as the pertinence among enterprises website link indexes, the pertinence between enterprises website link index and enterprises performance index and so on. It makes Factor Analysis and Multivariate Statistical Analysis to find the most Influencing factors as well as makes cluster analysis of target Web site to find the relations among provincial enterprises website.By analyzing the type and the amount of Website (Web Page) links and contents of their hyperlink, we can find the related information of the enterprise network behavior so as to provide a reference of the studying methods on network behavior. Meanwhile by observing the Browsing path of Enterprise users and knowing of their preferences, we can find the characters of users’ information behavior enrich website information service and enhance the pertinence and level of it. According to different types and incentives of website links, we can optimize the designing of the websites and improve the network of websites for a better effect of using. We can excavate useful commercial Information from analyzing the type and the amount of Website (Web Page) links and contents of their hyperlink, which is beneficial to information sharing and communication among enterprises.
