In today’s society, the human resource is the most important resource for the enterprise, and the training is the best way to enhance the level of human resources.It is the most fundamental means for enterprises to enhance their efficiency and development that they emphasis on training and enterprise cultural identity. Enterprises make their organization into a learning organization, and ultimately achieve "win-win" enterprise and its employees. Marshall in the principles of political economy, showed that:the most return on investment is investment in human resources. As an investment in people, training has its economic attributes, which on the one hand be restricted by the economic development; the other hand has a very important role in promoting the development of the productive forces and the socio-economic. Researching on the current problems and solutions of training helps to deepen the correct understanding of the training role, so as to promote the development of training and the enterprises.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research:after many years of development and improvement, staff training becomes an important integral part of human resource management. Staff training is one process which to make employees to master their basic skills; this is a dynamic ongoing process. By the analysis on training status of ZTE Zhengzhou Office, we found the following issues need to resolve:training system reform, training goals, training management, training attitude problem.I found the corresponding solutions and put them into practice when I was researching on the cause of issue. I started building the training mode of the office. First of all the office need to learn advanced training concepts and integrate them into our own staff training mode, and then we can form our own unique training mode. It will be a long and difficult process of metamorphosis. Finally, I forecast the expected effect of the office staff training model:the training enhances the overall level of performance of ZTE Zhengzhou Office, broadcasts ZTE corporate culture, enhances offices cohesion, and promotes the common development of employees and offices.I hope this article can provide some material for the employees training mode research.
