The Study On Transaction Control Of The Consulting Firm’s New Operating Mode Under The E-Commerce Environment

Modern service industry will be the economy’s commanding heights in the future; it can provide strong intellectual support for other company. As the best industry in the use of knowledge, consulting firms can improve customer’s market competitiveness significantly and help them have a better development in the future with a new operating mode.In this thesis, I analyze the steps and ascendancy of the operate mode firstly, and point out that it have plenty of disadvantage in the response of individual demand. Secondly I generalize the request of the new operating mode. As this article comes from an actually information system, I build the new operating mode with the method of systems analysis, to make it more excellently, I use the theory of outsourcing and supply chain, and get the new operating mode at last. To make it easier to understand, I describe it with an example of an actual consulting firm finallyThough the new operating mode has a significant effect on custom’s individual demand, it also has a negative impact on the transaction process, the process will become more complicated and changeable, to solve this, I divide the transaction process into two parts, the period of application and the period of process, and devise the financial control index of the information system on the basis of accounting. With this system, consulting firms can exchange transaction information with their custom rapidly. And finally I build the technology of reliability transactions with financial control index and process successfully.
