The Reseach For How To Resolve The Traffic Jam Of Chengdu City

City traffic is a complex and integrated system, city traffic problems changes along with the city scale, city layout. With the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization, urban traffic congestion is becoming a serious obstacle to urban economic and social development. Traffic congestion has become a recognized urban disease. Not only it affects city normal social order, but also leads to city environment quality worsening. On energy consumption and utilization of city road traffic facilities, traffic congestion will undoubtedly lead to a serious waste of resources. It demands immediate attention to identify problems and deal with urban transport problem.Chengdu is the leader of the western economy in China, the first city of the southwest region. Traffic demand of the central city of Chengdu increase with the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization in Chengdu, there has a serious contradiction between supply and demand in urban transportation and emerges serious traffic congestion. There has a negative effect on socio-economic development of Chengdu. It is pressing to identify the correct path, improve the level of urban traffic management, settle the problems of urban traffic congestion effectively to create a good infrastructure and environmental protection for Chengdu. This paper focuses on using the theoretical knowledge of urban management to find methods and ideas to solve these problems in Chengdu.This paper mainly use three research methods, literature, systems analysis, comparative analysis, sum up the successful experience at home and abroad by reading the literature, systematic analyze the causes of the traffic problems of the central city of Chengdu and finding solutions, sum up other cities’block experience through the horizontal comparison and take its essence, discard the dregs, put forward the strategy of Chengdu city block, namely, scientific planning, develop public traffic energetically, for road construction develop diversified financing channels, the development of intelligent transportation, to ensure that green traffic development and strengthening of public opinion guidance.
