| In modern times, promoting sustainable growth has become a common vision ofthe international community. This paper will bring the sustainable growth theory ofenterprise value into the financial research field of vision, set up financial strategychoice-model based on it, and fine study the enterprise--Xinjiang internationalindustrial Limited by Share Ltd as an example specifically, in order to providereference and help to the theory and application of the enterprise in the growth ofmanagement.This paper, using the norm research method, is divided into five chapters, and itsresearch idea is:The financial strategies of home and abroad on the sustainable growth ofenterprise value are reviewed in the first chapter and the research significance,methods and ideas are obtained. The sustainable growth theory, enterprise valuetheory and the financial strategy theory analysis are summarized in the second chapter.It points out that the financial strategy can promote the sustainable growth ofenterprises, and sustainable growth is the guiding ideology of financial strategy.Finally, the article analyzes the financial strategy of enterprise sustainable growth--value creation, Influence factors of value creation are further studied, which lays thetheoretical foundation for the next chapter constructing the financial strategy choicemodel. In the third chapter, the writer constructs the model of financial strategy choicedynamics, under the guidance of the thought of sustainable growth, as the valuecreation as the goal, combining with the factors affecting the environment of financialstrategy and enterprise life cycle theory, and the choice of financial strategy for fourquadrants are discussed. After that, the fourth chapter analyzes the application ofmodel of financial strategy choice of Xinjiang International Industrial Limited by Share Ltd2009-2012years. At last, the fifth chapter is the conclusion of the paper andprospects the further research direction. |
