Employee counseling program, in short, is the enterprise to manage and solve personal problems, so as to improve the effective mechanism of employee and enterprise performance. Therefore, from this perspective, this paper by studying the employee counseling plan implementation process the influence of different dimensions on organizational identity, psychological counseling program hope that employees has a positive influence on organizational identification of causality, which, as one of the reference of employee psychological counseling plan into practice, provide powerful basis for enterprises to further strengthen the work.Refer to many related documents review and research, this paper looks forward to finding the relationship between EAP and organizational identification, and further to study the influence among attendance and satisfaction in EAP with sense of belonging and loyalty of the organization’s identity and the similarity function and influence of three dimensions. This paper only choose the sample enterprise whose staff has already took part in EAP for more than three years as the research object, and considering the differences in industry and research and the empirical results, the influence of selected manufacturing, services in the enterprise each a300questionnaires, and through the regression analysis was conducted for the recovery of data with statistics software SPSS19.0, empirically the hypothesis model. This paper mainly adopts questionnaire survey method, literature method and statistical analysis of empirical analysis and research, the hypothesis model analysis and argument.The empirical results finally show that the employee assistant plan has the deeply influence in the organizational identity and both of them can be proved with a causal relationship significantly.In words, the employee assistant plan has obviously been proved good to the practical significance and influence in the organizational identification of modem enterprise management and optimization of human resources management, at the same time which is also an effective way to improve enterprise management efficiency, strengthen staff management. Finally this paper research will be useful to practical job with a real value and reference in the future. |
