At present, China Enterprise Group widespread financial management issues, effective financial management system is to integrate all their resources and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises of a solid foundation. Therefore, this paper in the group under the guidance of theory and method of financial management, through in-depth analysis of the financial management of the Group of Company Z status and problems, dig the root causes of these problems, puts forward comprehensive company Z Group’s financial management system strategy to achieve optimal resource utilization efficiency, improve the competitiveness of our core purpose.This paper studies the group of financial management issues, the main contents include investment and financing management, asset restructuring and collateral management, budget management, daily cash management, accounting management and risk management aspects.This paper summarizes the relevant literature and relevant theories, researching the Z group of companies of the financial management situation, pointing out the problems the company Z:Company Z unrealized full control of the subsidiary’s financial, liquidity management and control is not in place, resulting in lower short-term solvency, working capital deficiency, seriously affecting the company’s credit, it cannot play the Group’s centralized financing advantages of scale; vigorously implement ERP systems, financial management subsystem has not been perfect:for emphasis on the integration of industrial chain downstream sales of inadequate control of upstream suppliers; implement zero-based budgeting. but the budget allocation between the various subsidiaries of contradictions; competition in the beer industry has now shifted to brand competition. Z to invest in brand building budget was inadequate.For the above problems, this paper considers the level of financial management concepts is backward, organizations asymmetry powers and responsibilities, financial budget system and weak internal control system implementation, financial staff quality is not high, assessment and incentives mechanism is imperfect and so is the key reason for the above problem. Accordingly, this paper presents the targeted principles, feasibility principle, overall principle, the principle of equal rights and responsibilities, improve optimization Z Corporation group of financial management system.these include:changing the Group of financial management concepts, enhancing risk awareness, financial management awareness; strengthening financial raising, investment and control of management; make a comprehensive budget management, building effective management mechanism; improve the financial management of ERP systems, evaluation and incentive mechanism, financial internal restraint mechanism and accounting personnel training and incentive mechanism.
