The purpose of this paper is to adopt scientific methods to establish a set of performance evaluation system in branches of Bank A through the study of performance evaluation theory at home and abroad and performance appraisal practice of Bank A, and to provide a good theoretical and technical support for Bank A to carry out a wide rage of performance evaluation.In the study, through the technology methods of theoretical research, problem analysis, theoretical deduction, empirical studies and suggestions proposition, a complete and scientific performance evaluation theoretical system and practical model was built initially in the organs of Bank A. in the model, the status study, methods and technology and improvement recommendation are served as the mainline of performance evaluation in the organs of Bank A. The model is built on the drill-down research of status analysis, index system, empirical analysis and improvement suggestions step by step. In the end, the relevant recommendations on performance appraisal measures in the authority sectors in the branches of Bank A would be proposed.The research and innovation of the paper is mainly manifested in the following three aspects:A scientific and systematic performance evaluation index system is established with the balanced scorecard tool according to the actual situation in the branches of Bank A. The system is built on the research at home and abroad.The index weight of the performance evaluation in the branches of Bank A is determined through the analytic hierarchy process. By improving the index weight and accuracy, difficulty of the work is reduced. And the validity and reliability of the index weights are improved by the judgment of consistency in matrix. Meanwhile. On the basis of analyzing the status and problems in the performance evaluation of Bank A, suggestions are proposed in order to improve the subject evaluation mechanism, incentive mechanism, and constraint mechanism in the performance evaluation of Bank A.
