Western countries have experienced since the end of the19th century, five big waveof mergers and acquisitions. Mergers and acquisitions to become a timeless topic, likemultinationals to enter China in the past20years, Chinese companies are looking fornew market opportunities by seeking raw materials, highly qualified staff, technology,brand and customers into multinational companies ranks dream. Starting in the1980sto now, China has also experienced two big mergers and acquisitions boom.A leading global provider of consulting, outsourcing and investment services provider-Mercer and international risk consultancy firm Kroll commissioned M&A marketsurvey shows that from2005to2006, overseas acquisitions initiated by Asianacquirer total share of global13%of the trade. From the first half of2009to2010, thedata has almost doubled to25%, a considerable part of acquisitions by Chinesecompanies. Although the ebb and flow of the tide of mergers and acquisitions at homeand abroad, but always mergers and acquisitions, the success rate is not high. Someforeign scholars believe that the failure rate of mergers and acquisitions in the rangeof50%-80%. In order to explore the reasons of the failure rate of M&A, manyscholars at home and abroad from the capital markets, finance, strategic management,mergers and acquisitions process medium and found some valuable insights. At thesame time, some believe, has brought great pressure due to the acquisition of theemployees of both companies, human resource management is one of the importantfactors for the success of mergers and acquisitions, some people even believe that theessence of mergers and acquisitions is a "person "the process of change. Therefore, itis necessary to specifically study how to improve the integration of human resourcemanagement in the M&A process.Research ideas, based on the status quo of domestic and international mergers andacquisitions, the need to integrate human resources research, literature review andresearch at home and abroad in the past decade, there is a clear research question is toaddress human resources faced the challenges of integration, according to these issuesand recommend the appropriate analysis strategies, and laid a solid theoretical foundation to solve the problem.According to the strategic analysis, and the summary of this article, to build humanresources integration process model, the model stage of development of the humanresources integration into the investigation stage of the integration of humanresources, human resources integration implementation phase, human resourcesintegration assessment phase, a total of three stages and all stages of work to be done,but also to solve the problems mentioned in the third chapter.
