Technology professionals are the core of project-driven enterprises, the Concentrationability of which determines the persistent of the enterprise. The project-driven enterprise isthe leader of technology trends, it is the source of new technology and new product, and itis the main force of technological innovation in our county. However, the enterprises lackthe mechanism of continued introduction and concentration currently. As a result, the effectof concentration is not significant and it leads to a waste of talent and resources. Theenterprise can not form continued concentration ability or realize the achievementtransformation of technology. Therefore, it is significant to research the problem of talentconcentration of the project-driven enterprise.Currently, most research on the concentration of talent is static, which ignores thecontinued concentration of technology professionals in the related research directions andthe movement of the concentration of talent. As a result, the concentration effect oftechnology professionals is not formed. In this article, at first, we should analysis theweakness of the project-driven enterprise by interviewing technology professionals andhigh-level researchers. Secondly, we should search for the related talent in the weak link bythe theory of social network analysis. So we can establish the talent pool by cycle. At last,we analysis the form of concentration ability based on the introduction of iteration to formthe model of the concentration ability of technology professionals in project-drivenenterprises based on Introduction of iteration.The content of this article mainly consists of the following aspects. The chapter1expounds the background, purpose, significance and so on. The chapter2is based on thestudy of predecessors and proposes a new perspective. The chapter3analyzes theoperating mechanism of iteration introduction and builds the formation model of thetechnology professionals’ concentration ability in project-driven enterprises based oniteration introduction. The chapter4proposes the surmise and designs the scale of thisarticle; it also gives the scale a pre-test. The chapter5is the empirical analysis. The chapter6summarizes the conclusion of this article and proposes the further research directions. Therefore, the research on talent concentration by dynamic perspective is aninnovation. Besides, forming the model of the concentration ability of technologyprofessionals in project-driven enterprises based on Introduction of iteration is anotherinnovation.As a result of limit of the survey sample, there is some insufficient in this research,and hope farther study in the following days.
