The Research On Rural Medical Relief System In Shanxi Province Of Qinxian

China’s urban and rural dual economic structure has been formed, at the same time also thenformed the urban and rural medical security system.In the larger trend of medicines prices and thecost of medical services,rural residents not only to solve the pressure of poverty,but also face therisk of poverty caused by illness. The medical problems of the rural poor has become one of theimportant factors constraining the development of the rural economy, and if it can not get a goodsolution, but also will influence the whole society’s harmonious development.The rural medical relief system is the special help and support for the poor people who due toillness and have no economic ability to treatment, and it is an important part of social assistance.Through the rural social medical relief system, to give poor sick farmers financial support, and tohelp them tide over the difficulties, to have an active role in the protection and development of thefamily and society.The main body of this paper is the rural medical relief system in Shanxi Province ofQinxian,through research on the domestic situation on medical relief system,and combind theinformation which from the investigation and visit.From the macroscopic perspective,and finallyreturn to the microscopic,only to rural medical relief system analysis of Qinxian.This paper is divided into six parts: The first part is introduction, mainly including topicssignificance, literature review, research contents and innovation and disadvantages; The second partis the theory of medical relief; The third part is about of rural medical relief system of Qinxian’soperation; The fourth part is the deep analysis of rural medical relief system of Qinxian, includingthe operation results, defect and influencing factors; The fifth part is for medical relief system’simprovement suggestion; Finally, the concluding remarks of the paper.Health problems of the rural poor, need to the state, society, the collective power to worktogether.
