Research On Industrial Structure Adjustment Based On Low-Carbon Economy In HeJin

As an economic mode, Low carbon economy is based on lowpollution and low emission, also is a major progress againafter.agricultural civilization and industrial civilization in humansociety. In general, Low carbon economy is an issue of high energyefficiency, clean energy structure, and the pursuit of green GDP, andthe core of which is energy technology innovation, system innovationand change of human development concept.Based on the original intention and purpose of low carbondevelopment, and industry as the breakthrough point, we use HeJin ofShanxi Province as an example to research how to realize the lowcarbon development. For a long time, HeJin continue its traditionaleconomic growth mode and highly dependent of resources toeconomic growth,which has caused the serious ecologicaldestruction and environmental pollution. Under new situation ofconstruction of ecological civilization, develop low carbon economyand industry transformation, HeJin faced with double pressurewhich include rapid economic development and reduce consumptionof energy, reduce emissions of CO2. In order to promote developmentof low carbon economic of HeJin, based on its own resource advantages and industrial base, we should seize the favorableopportunity of economic transformation, combine the adjustment ofindustrial structure and the positive development of low carboneconomy to promote the economic change of HeJin from resourcedependence to innovation driven type, from high carbon to low carbontransformation.This paper is divided into six parts, the first chapter isintroduction. In this paper, significance of the research, domestic andforeign relevant low carbon economy and industrial structureadjustment, the research review, research methods, and the place ofinnovation and technical route are introduced. The theories ofsustainable development, circular economy theory, clean productiontheory, industrial structure theory, County resources industrytransformation theory are illustrated in the second chapter. In thethird chapter of this paper, area HeJin were reviewed, from thegeneral situation, HeJin endowment of natural resources and socialeconomic development situation are introduced. In the fourth chapter,we analyze the present industrial structure situation of the HeJin,then the proportion between industry characteristics, the outputvalue of the three industries, the proportion of employees, industrialstructure deviation, comparative labor rate and energy consumptioncharacteristics of industrial structure characteristic are analyzed tomake clear that HeJin should focus on the development of industry.The fifth chapter discusses the HeJin in low carbon economy underthe background of industrial structure rationalization measures andideas,made a "SOWT" analysis on HeJin industrial structureadjustment in the current social background, puts forward the HeJinShi "DaiDongXing low carbon industry" development modebased on low carbon economy view, HeJinShi industry structuraladjustment methods and countermeasures. The six chapter issummary and prospect, which is the whole paper summarizes, andthere are many problems worth studying in the future.
