In recent years, small and medium-sized enterprises in our province has been hold up half ofthe whole province economy, become the province’s economy the most dynamic growth, forrunning jobs and farmers to get rich off of the important support. However, with the rapiddevelopment of the enterprise, the enterprise internal brain drain, the phenomenon such as labordisputes occur frequently, so in order to our province small and medium-sized enterprise healthyand steady development, small and medium-sized enterprises in our province to establish conformsto the situation of win-win cooperation of labor relations in our province.This paper adopt the way of questionnaire survey on the current situation of small andmedium-sized enterprises in our province labor relations analysis, in Shanxi Province small andmedium-sized enterprises around the city to issue255questionnaires,126valid questionnaires; Atotal of540questionnaires sent E-mail way, recycle,471,414copies of effective questionnaires.The recall of540valid questionnaires were statistically analyzed, concluded that the small andmedium-sized enterprises in our province present situation and the problems of labor relations, andbased on the experience of the harmonious labor relations in the developed countries, put forwardsuitable for small and medium-sized enterprises and measures on constructing harmoniousindustrial relations. Points out that the construction of a harmonious province small andmedium-sized enterprises should improve their quality, strengthening the construction of enterpriseculture, the use of incentive mechanism, the government’s regulation on aspects such as laws andregulations, strengthen the union performing functions.
